Our Pastor
Rev. Donald R. Crossley Sr.
Pastor Crossley is the fifth of seven siblings born to the late John A. and Alice Crossley. He was born and raised in Benton, Arkansas. Pastor Crossley was called into the Gospel Ministry 34 years ago while under the pastorate of the late Dr. W. J. Thomas. He pastored the St. Clair Baptist Church-Burtsell, Okolona, Arkansas, for seven years before returning to Hot Springs, where he organized and pastored the New Life Bible Fellowship Baptist Church for five years. In 1997, he was called to the St. Mark Baptist Church where he has served faithfully since.
Being one who believes in rightly dividing the Word of Truth, Pastor Crossley is a graduate of Boyce Bible College, an extension of Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY, and is also a graduate of the Glad Tidings Bible College of St. Louis, MO. He continues to enrich his knowledge of God’s word through other seminary extension courses in the Hot Springs and Malvern area.
He serves as President of the Moderators' Division of the Consolidated Missionary Baptist State Convention, Moderator of the Southwest District Association and teacher on both the state and district level.
He has been married to Kathryn (Tripp) Crossley for 36 years. They have three daughters, Ericka, Demetria and Donna, and one son, Donald R Crossley Jr. They are the proud grandparents of seven grandsons as well.

Lady Crossley was employed in the banking industry for 21 years. After the position was consolidated, she went back to college and earned her B.A., in Sociology at Henderson State University. She currently works for Ouachita Behavioral Health and Wellness, Inc., where she serves as a financial case manager. She works in the local church as the pastor's helpmate, mission sister, Sunday school teacher, choir member and any place she can be of assistance. Sister Crossley also enjoys learning and growing in God's word. She regularly attends state, district, and local congress and district meetings. She presently serves as the 3rd Vice President of the Consolidated Missionary Baptist State Convention of Arkansas-Women's Auxiliary. She loves working with and serving God's people and singing His praises.
